It's the programme side of the job, for $70/month on top of your subscription. Your measured quantities become durations, activities roll up under trade headings, and you get links, lags, the critical path, crew and resource loading, and % complete tracked against the bar. It's optional — the takeoff, document control and quoting all work without it, and you can add or drop it any month.
Your team size sets one discount and it comes off everything — the subscription, the delivery Gantt add-on and your takeoff tokens. 5–9 seats is 10% off, 10–19 is 20%, 20+ is 30%. So a team of eight pays $342 per seat per month ($405 with the Gantt) and buys tokens at 90c; a team of twenty-five pays $266 ($315 with the Gantt) and buys tokens at 70c. Add seats and the new rate starts on your next invoice — you don't need to ask, and the whole account re-prices, not just the new seats.
A monthly allowance of store credit, so you're not raising a purchase order every time a project comes up. One token is $1 of credit — a trade package takeoff starts at 270 and a full job takeoff at 1,200. The pool is shared — any estimator on the account can spend it — and your team discount comes off the price of the tokens rather than the price of the takeoff, so the store keeps one honest price list.
The allowance refills on your billing date. Anything unspent rolls over once — so a quiet month isn't money burnt — and what's still there after that expires, which is what stops the pool quietly becoming a year of unused credit. You get a running statement of what was spent and on what.
